Project Overview

As Impact Energy Services neared its 10-year anniversary, we initiated efforts to assist the company in effectively communicating its service offerings. Additionally, we delivered a creative revitalization that conveys Impact's reputation for exceptional professionalism, superior craftsmanship, and outstanding service standards.

Our task was to bolster the brand's credibility, particularly by positioning Impact as a serious contender in the industrial and commercial markets, despite often competing against much larger companies. Our strategy involved cultivating a brand identity that aligns with Impact's fundamental principles, including confidence, reliability, expertise, and community spirit. By doing so, we enabled Impact to compete at a higher level and punch above its weight.

Based in West Central Saskatchewan, Impact provides electrical, instrumentation, plumbing and HVAC services across three key service sectors: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. The biggest task at hand was to create an interactive web solution that would make the audience for each service sector feel in the right place - while providing them with the right information to instill trust, prove merit, and move them along their respective sales pipelines. The look and feel, personality, and core messaging were developed for the website but have since been implemented across all touchpoints including advertising, collateral, newsletters, corporate videos, social media, digital campaigns, and fleet wraps, with more on the horizon.

Today, Impact has grown to bring on an internal team to manage the day to day marketing requirements, but I continue to advise on larger strategic directions for the company and to deliver on ad hoc marketing initiatives.
